Shipping Information

All items are inspected prior to shipping and packaged to prevent damage during shipment. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please call the shop within 72 hours of receipt for return approval. Prior approval is required on all returned merchandise.

Patterns, books, magazines, smocking plates and any item that is sold by the yard is nonreturnable unless the merchandise is defective.

Once your payment clears, we make every effort to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. There is a $10 minimum order (shipping costs are not included in the $10.)

Most items are shipped via US Post Office with tracking. We do not ship out of the US or to addresses in Elmore County, AL.
